This album is more expansive than it's predecessor yet somehow more direct. It's colorful yet dark. It's Captain yet Frederickson. It's an album that can only be described as an Absolute Disaster!

Absolute Disaster continues Captain Frederickson's trend of capturing the Zeitgeist by touching upon all the big current topics such as Lou Bega, Ant and Dec's 2007 cancelled after half a season US TV show 'Wanna Bet' , Tim Gunn leaving Project Runway and of course Stuart Pearce. It asks the important questions like "Is Pepsi ok if you specifically ask for a coke?" and "Do you say Tomato or Tomato? Finally it has anthems for two long suffering groups , those with SED (Selective Eating Disorder) and the table destroying Buffalo fans ,the Bills Mafia.
